ultimately, enables us to maximise the opportunities to empower young
people in Scotland to aspire and achieve.

We will mainly use your data to:
- Provide you with the marketing information you asked for (news, events, training)
- Administer a donation or support your fundraising, including processing gift aid
- Keep a record of your relationship with us
- Ensure we know how you prefer to be contacted
Direct Marketing
With your consent, we will mainly contact you to let you know about the progress we are making. Occasionally, we may ask for you to support our work. We may sometimes include information from partner organisations or organisations who support us in these communications.
We do not sell or share personal details to third parties for the purposes of marketing.
KEEPING YOUR INFORMATION UP TO DATE

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
You have a right to ask us to stop processing your personal data or change any of the consents given at any time and to do so please contact us either by telephone on 0131 455 9750 or by email to datacontroller@winningscotlandfoundation.org.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD/COMPLAINTS
We will keep your information for as long as necessary unless you are deemed to be inactive for three years or more. Your personal information will then be deleted. We can also provide copies of any personal data we hold for you within one month of request. If you have any concerns or complaints or wish to request any data please contact us either by telephone on 0131 455 9750 or by email to datacontroller@winningscotlandfoundation.org and we will strive to resolve this to your satisfaction. Additionally any complaints can be referred to the Information Commissioner’s Office – www.ico.org.uk.
